What the company
takes on
Not bonuses “if you work well”, but the basics everyone has from day one.
Uniforms, equipment and the shift work order are issued before departure. The team is assigned to the site — they know it and don’t change every week.
Where you can
grow
Every level means an assessment and a new area of responsibility. From cleaner to supervisor takes 14 months on average.
Three weeks at the cleaning school: chemicals, machinery, safety, and work on site with a mentor.
No experience neededWorking alone to a checklist on a fixed site, with access to specialist machinery once certified.
Assessment after the schoolRotary stripping, upholstery cleaning, work at height and curtain-wall glazing — under the relevant permits.
Permits and six months’ serviceRuns the shift and the crew, takes over the site, owns the checklist and deals with the client.
A year’s service and EnglishSchool cleaners
Nobody goes onto a client’s site without training. Pick a week — we’ll show the programme and what you can do by the end of it.
Cleaning technique and equipment
The fundamentals: the order of operations, colour coding of equipment, working with microfibre and mops.
Chemicals and machinery
Which product for which surface, dosages, contact times, incompatible products and safe handling.
Working on a client’s site
How to conduct yourself on a client’s premises, the scope by area, the shift checklist and dealing with the facilities team.
Assessment every six months
Training doesn’t stop: supervisor inspections, issues reviewed, courses for new services and equipment.
