A club for the people responsible for the building

How to join the facilities club and what goes on inside

A private community for the people accountable for buildings in Dubai: facility managers, administrators, building owners. We work through real situations, compare approaches and share what normally stays inside the company.

What’s inside

Six reasons people come here. None of them is contractor advertising.

Site walk-throughs

Once a month we meet at a real building: we look at the areas and discuss what works and what doesn’t.

Contractor recommendations

Who solves ventilation, facades and disinfectant cleaning, and how. Honest feedback, no advertising and no kickbacks.

Document templates

Sign-off checklists, specifications, SLA forms — files you can take and use.

Audit preparation

We go through the latest requirements from inspectors and share where buildings most often come unstuck.

Training for your team

Open sessions at the cleaning school for your staff: signing off work, reading an SLA report.

Help in an emergency

A burst pipe, flooding, a mess before the owner arrives — someone in the chat has been through it already.

Test yourself
before a sign-off

Five statements from our meetings. Mark each true or false and see what practice says.

Statement 1 of 5
You can sign off the work if nothing looks wrong in the areas
Statement 2 of 5
SLA performance is scored by the number of closed tickets
Statement 3 of 5
You can ask for treatment logs on regular cleaning too
Statement 4 of 5
Changing contractor without rewriting the scope saves time
Statement 5 of 5
An annual budget should carry a reserve for periodic work
What practice says
True
In practice it’s different

Pick an answer and we’ll show how the club discusses it.

This is the first thing meetings pull apart: without photographs and an area checklist, “it looked fine” proves nothing a month later.

Tickets measure response speed. SLA performance is whether the areas met the standard at the moment of inspection.

Yes, and on buildings with sanitary requirements it’s the norm. The log is the contractor’s duty, not a favour.

The opposite: the new contractor works to the old specification and two months later the building is back where it started.

Facades, carpet, post-fit-out cleans — the things people forget. A reserve of 10–15% removes the last-minute approvals.

Score

Getting them wrong is fine: these five are exactly the questions people bring to the discussions.

All five — you’re ready to run a meeting yourself. Write to us and we’ll put your topic in the calendar.

Club rules

Five agreements that hold it all together, and five things you won’t find here.

01 Rule
Clients only

Membership is for people accountable for buildings on the client side. There are no contractors in the club.

02 Rule
A closed room

Whatever is said at a meeting stays between members. Building names don’t leave the room.

03 Rule
Feedback with facts

Judge a contractor on specifics: what happened, what they did, how it ended. No anonymous complaints.

04 Rule
Materials are there to be used

Checklists, specifications and SLA forms are free to take and use on your own buildings.

05 Rule
We moderate, that’s all

B2B Clean Space organises the club and runs the meetings, but doesn’t sell its services there.

What the club doesn’t do
No promotional posts or mailings from contractors
No paid membership and no compulsory fees
No obligation to use us as your contractor
No passing your contact details to third parties
No private pricing arrangements between members
