Six ways to pay less
Current offers and the conditions under which the rate comes down
Our discounts aren’t one-off sales but the result of savings on logistics and volume. Below is what’s running now, on what terms, and how it fits together.
What’s running now
↓ Tap a card to open the termsNeighbour rate
The crew travels one route and works several sites in a row. What we save on travel goes back into the rate: the closer the neighbours, the bigger the difference.
First clean at a discount
Before the regular cycle begins, the site is brought up to a baseline: that’s a one-off deep clean. Sign a regular cleaning contract and it is priced at 10% off the deep-cleaning rate.
An annual contract costs less
A twelve-month contract gives us predictable work for the crew, and gives you a rate below the monthly one plus protection from price reviews during the term.
Refer a neighbour — get a free month
If a company nearby signs a contract on your recommendation, you get a month of service free. There’s no limit on how many you refer.
Free window cleaning at start-up
We do the first clean of the internal glazing free alongside the opening clean — the site starts with clean glass, and after that the windows follow the routine.
Every fifth one — free
We count the work in units: windows, square feet of carpet cleaning, days of daily cleaning in the first month, and seats of furniture. Every fifth unit isn’t charged.

What stacks
with what
The offers don’t cancel each other out, but they don’t stack endlessly either. The rule is simple: one rate discount and any number of free extras counted in units of work.
How to get it
Tell us the address and the area
From the address we check whether we have sites nearby — that’s what the neighbour rate depends on.
Survey and pricing
We measure the areas and work out the rate. The quotation shows straight away which offers were applied.
Written into the contract
Terms and free extras go into an appendix — not “what the manager said”.
What suits whom
↓ Switch the type of siteA 120 m² office in a tower where we already work
A dedicated visit to an area that size is expensive, so most of the saving is in the route: the crew is already visiting neighbours on the same floor.
A 600 m² floor with daily cleaning
The volume is steady and predictable, so it pays to go into an annual contract and fix the rate for the whole term.
A unit with shopfronts and a dining floor
Shopfronts and soft furniture are counted in units of work, so the free extras are worth more here than a rate discount.
Two or three sites in one district
One company’s sites count as neighbours to each other: one shared route, a lower rate at each of them.
What the offers don’t cover
Five cases that are priced separately — so there are no surprises in the quotation.
