Site
A hotel in Al Raffa: 12,280.57 m² of interior and as much again of surrounding grounds. The property runs around the clock, so the cleaning never stops for a day.
What we do
A day shift of six cleaners, an evening cleaner and a night cleaner. Seven days a week, no days off. Twice a month the facility manager signs the site off.
How it was priced
The price is built from the payroll for eight cleaners and a manager, consumables, overheads and taxes. It holds for the full scope over 12 months or more; reduce the scope or the term and the figure is recalculated.

Site
A hotel on Sheikh Rashid Road in Al Raffa. The windows face the street and the outside face up to the fifth floor can’t be reached from the ground: a working height of 15 metres.
What we do
104 windows washed and polished from outside along with the frames, reveals and flashings — from a boom lift. Five ground-floor glass panels done from a stepladder. Cobwebs and seasonal soiling removed with professional products.
How it was priced
The price covers the work itself by area of glazing, hire of the boom lift for 10 hours, the permit for work at height and delivery of the equipment. The rates per m² differ because working from a boom lift costs more than working from a stepladder.

Site
An office in a tower in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, 363 m². The ceilings, walls and glazing hadn’t been washed in a long time — routine daily cleaning doesn’t cover those surfaces.
What we do
Ceilings and walls dusted along with the switches, sockets and cable trunking. Windows washed from inside with the frames, the cavity between panes, sills and seals. Glazing washed on both sides. Floor vacuumed. Work from a stepladder, working height 3 metres.
How it was priced
Every surface is priced at its own rate per m²: dusting costs less than washing, and glazing on both sides costs more than a window from inside. Equipment delivery and crew transport are separate lines.

What we do
Extraction cleaning of the carpet: carpet extractor, wet vacuum and professional products. Ingrained soiling and stains are lifted and the covering is returned to the original look of the material.
How it was priced
The work is priced by area of covering. Equipment delivery by hired transport and getting the crew to site and back are separate lines.

Site
A swimming school in Al Nahda Second, 279 m² of floor — that’s 3,000 square feet. A wet area: the covering holds ingrained soiling, cement haze and shoe marks that ordinary washing won’t lift.
What we do
Floor and skirting washed with mechanical deep stripping: rotary machine, wet vacuum and professional products. The covering is returned to the original look of the material.
How it was priced
Rotary stripping is priced by floor area. It is a separate service: ordinary floor washing costs less on our price list, but it won’t lift soiling like this.

What we do
One cleaner once a week, 09:00 to 10:00. Machinery, equipment, workwear and chemicals are ours and included in the price. Twice a month the facility manager signs the site off.
How it was priced
On a small site most of the price comes not from the hours but from the visit: transport, machinery and equipment. So the price per m² is higher here than on a large site, while the total is smaller.
