How we work in each sector and what matters there
A clinic, a warehouse and a restaurant need different chemicals, different hours and different clearance for the staff. Eleven sectors — eleven ready routines that we fit to your particular site in a single survey.

The layout, the schedule and the requirements all changeOffices and business centres
The main cycle at night, a day attendant on the common areas. What counts is the lobby, the meeting rooms and the washrooms: staff and visitors both see them.
Retail and shopping centres
We work in the quiet hours and at opening. Shopfronts, floors and food areas shape the impression of a shop more than the range of goods does.
Warehouses and production
Industrial machines, marked-out zones and strict safety rules. Cleaning must never stop the loading or the machinery.
Restaurants and cafés
The kitchen to food-safety standards, the dining room ready at opening. A night cycle, with odour and grease build-up on the hoods kept in check.
Hotels and serviced apartments
Public and back-of-house areas around the clock: lobby, lifts, corridors, conference rooms and pool. The rooms are run by the hotel’s own team.
Clinics and medical centres
Clean-to-dirty zoning, treatment logs and disinfection to protocol. Staff are trained to work in medical premises.
Gyms and pools
Wet areas, machines and changing rooms: the main risks are smell, mould and touch surfaces. Cleaning runs throughout the day.
Residential buildings
Working with the property manager: common areas, lifts, car park and entrances. Residents are there around the clock.
Schools and children’s centres
People on site during the day, a fixed lesson timetable and safe chemicals. Cleaning fits into breaks and evening windows.
Galleries and exhibition spaces
Cleaning happens around the works at an agreed distance: no contact, no aerosols near the exhibition. The full pass is before opening or at night; while visitors are in, an attendant covers the floor.
Villas and apartments
Cleaning inside the home: bedrooms and dressing rooms, kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, full-height glazing and the terrace. A dedicated crew comes to the house and works at agreed hours.

Each has its own set of services, frequency and staff requirements. Below is what sites like these order most often.
