I need a quote for a site
A new site, a tender, or a comparison with your current contractor. We survey the site, price it and send a proposal broken down by area.
I’m an existing client
An issue with a shift, a change of schedule, extra work. Your site has a named manager — write to them directly, the number is in the contract.
Emergency call-out
A burst pipe, flooding, a spill, or a mess before the owner or an inspector arrives. The control room is staffed around the clock and a crew is on site within two hours.
Jobs and training
Jobs for cleaners and office specialists: site surveys, quotations, client relations and recruitment. Training in our own school; visa and contract at the company’s cost.
Partnership and supply
Property managers, brokers, developers, equipment and chemical suppliers. We’ll agree the format and terms case by case.
Press and community
A comment for an article, a place at a club meeting, a joint event or a guest post on the blog.
How fast we get there
Pick the area your site is in and see the crew’s travel time and the nearest equipment store.
The central cluster: crews leave from the main depot, and night access is already agreed with most property managers.
We work mostly at night and before opening — daytime access is restricted at many of these sites.
The financial cluster: passes are arranged in advance and staff go through a security check.
Mixed development: offices, clinics and retail. Crews are assigned to the cluster and don’t cross the city.
A separate depot in the east of the city, so equipment doesn’t travel through the centre.
Our main depot: warehouses, production and showrooms. The shortest run of all.
Logistics and warehousing. Sites on a standing contract keep equipment on site.
We work here on contracts of 12 months or more. One-off jobs outside Dubai are agreed separately.
