Deep cleaning

What the service includes, what it costs and how to start

Everything daily cleaning never reaches: appliances inside, everything above 1.8 metres, behind and under the furniture, glazing on both sides, carpet by extraction. Done outside the site’s operating hours and handed over with a signed sheet and photographs of every area.

How it works

From enquiry to the crew on site — three to seven working days.

01 days 1–2
Site survey

We measure the areas, record the state of the coverings and the appliances, and note anything needing separate treatment.

02 up to 3 days
Pricing and method statement

Method statement by area, crew size, list of equipment and a fixed price.

03 as agreed
Access window

We pick a time when the site is free: at night, on a day off, or floor by floor. Access is agreed with the property manager.

04 on the day
Work and handover

Three stages top to bottom, a walk-round with your representative, a signed sheet and photographs of every area.

Control
and oversight

Four mechanisms that make quality something you can check, not something we claim.

Method statement by area The task, the stage and the method for each area — fixed as an appendix to the contract after the survey.
Working top to bottom Three stages in a strict order: high level and verticals, then furniture and appliances, floors last. Nothing already cleaned gets dirty again.
Handover on site A walk-round with your representative against the method statement. Anything raised is put right before the sheet is signed.
Photo report by area Photographs of every area are attached to the sheet — you see the condition before and after, not a general impression.

Frequently asked questions

Daily cleaning keeps the site working and needs no area closed off. Deep cleaning covers what the daily scope leaves out: appliances inside, everything above 1.8 metres, behind and under furniture, glazing on both sides, carpet by extraction. One doesn’t replace the other — after a deep clean the daily routine works properly again.

No. We work outside operating hours — at night, on a day off, or floor by floor, so the area is ready by opening. If the site runs around the clock, we break the work into sections and agree the order.

It depends on the area and the state of the site. The calculator above gives an indication of duration and crew size; exact figures follow the survey. Carpet needs drying time, and that is built into the schedule.

Usually once a quarter. High-footfall sites — retail, food service, gyms — need it more often. The frequency is set at the survey and can be added to a regular contract as a separate appendix.

Clear the surfaces of documents and personal items, give us access to locked rooms and to water, and nominate someone for the handover. We move furniture ourselves where needed.

High-access facade work, industrial duct cleaning, pest control and repairs. Post-construction cleaning is a separate service with its own method. All of it is priced separately and agreed in advance.
