Yes. The schedule follows the site’s pattern: before opening, during the day, at night or in shifts. Night work carries a premium and is agreed with the property manager.

Cover within four hours from a reserve of trained staff. The commitment is written into the contract, and any no-show appears in the monthly report.

By default consumables are ours and included in the price. If you buy them yourself, we monitor stock levels and tell you when to reorder.

An area checklist on every shift, a photo report within an hour of it ending, and two supervisor inspections a month — one scheduled, one unannounced.

Yes. Changes are made in writing: add a floor or change the operating pattern and we reprice it and record it in an appendix to the contract.

Periodic and specialist work: deep cleans, upholstery cleaning, rotary scrubbing, facades, ventilation. These are priced separately and put into the schedule in advance.
