How to join the community, earn a grade and get steady shifts
The UAE cleaners’ community isn’t a chat group full of job ads. It’s a reputation that works for you: vetted sites, formal status, training and a grade that shows on your profile.
What you get
Eight things a casual crew doesn’t have. All of it comes with membership and costs nothing.
Equipment, machinery, chemicals and uniform are packed and delivered before the shift starts.
Every site has a lead: they’ll advise you, sign off the work and settle a dispute.
Employment contract, visa and medical insurance. You’re covered by UAE labour law.
Nothing to buy yourself. Our stores team packs the kit and transport brings it to the site.

Grades and progression
A grade is confirmed by assessment and shows on your profile. Pick a level to see the requirements and what it gives you.
Newcomer
You’re new to the trade, or you’ve worked without training. The first shifts are paired with a mentor and mistakes get sorted out on the spot.
Grade I
You close a shift on a standard site on your own: office, retail, entrances. You work to the checklist without being reminded.
Grade II
You work with specialist machinery: scrubber dryers, extractors, rotary machines. You go into clinics, warehouses and production sites.
Supervisor
You take and sign off the shift, lead the crew and deal with the client’s representative. You’re accountable for quality on site.

Not quite. Correct: a shift starts with a walk-round against the checklist — nothing gets missed and you can see what’s changed since yesterday. Correct: each colour belongs to an area — washroom, kitchen, general spaces. That’s what stops soiling being carried across. Correct: safety first — sign and cordon, then clean. Nobody should slip while you’re looking for a mop. Correct: test on an out-of-sight patch first. Stone and timber are easy to ruin with the wrong chemical. Correct: photo report and a note on the checklist. That’s what protects you if questions come up about the site.
