Cleaning Operations Manager
We are looking for a hands-on operations manager to run client sites end to end: people, equipment, service quality and the relationship with the client. The company is growing and the number of sites is increasing, so we need someone who can launch new contracts and keep several sites in order at once.

What to do
Sites and operations
Run cleaning across several client sites: regular, deep, post-construction, rotary floor cleaning, upholstery and carpet cleaning, glass and facade washing
Launch new sites and contracts
Carry out site inspections and quality checks
Handle client requests and complaints
People and shifts
Plan shifts and allocate cleaners and supervisors
Arrange urgent replacements
Control attendance, discipline and productivity
Recruit, onboard and train cleaners, supervisors and team leaders
Machines, chemicals and stock
Choose machines, tools and chemicals to suit the site
Control dilution, equipment maintenance and stock levels
Reporting and paperwork
Prepare schedules, checklists, inspection records and before-and-after photo reports
Prepare attendance, KPI and operational reports
Keep employee and client data in the CRM
Agree additional and emergency work
Keep day-to-day communication with clients
Requirements

Good working English

Experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping or facilities services

Experience managing cleaners and supervisors across several sites
04
Experience launching new sites and contracts

Knowledge of regular and specialist work: rotary floor cleaning, upholstery and carpet cleaning, glass and facade washing

Understanding of machines and tools, knowledge of chemicals: products, dilution and safe handling

Experience training staff, running quality inspections and resolving complaints
08
A valid UAE driving licence and at least three years of driving experience
09
Readiness to travel between sites daily and to work outside standard hours when required

Confident with Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets; photo reporting via WhatsApp
11
An advantage: cleaning or facilities management experience in the UAE, managing 20–80 or more cleaners, good Russian, own car, HSE or cleaning certificates
