The neighbour rate
How to get cheaper terms by joining up with your neighbours
Lower rates for neighbouring sites
It works out cheaper when several offices join one service route — on a floor, in a building, on a street or in a district.
For a single small office a dedicated visit costs more. When neighbours join up into one route, we cut the time spent travelling — and the rate for each of them comes down.
Not all neighbours are equal
The closer the sites are to each other, the less the crew spends on travel — and the bigger the gain in the rate.
Neighbours on the same landing: the crew moves from door to door, and machinery and chemicals are brought in once.
the biggest gainDifferent floors at one address: one arrival, one security check, a lift instead of a journey.
a high gainNeighbouring addresses within walking distance: the crew walks across, with no transport involved.
a noticeable gainBusiness Bay, JLT, Deira and other clusters: the day’s route is built inside one district.
a moderate gainBuild the route
Tick the neighbours and the rate is recalculated. Someone on your floor brings it down more than a neighbour a block away.
A sample block: your office is already on the route. The real figures come from your own address.
rate
The percentages are indicative: they show how the rate depends on the number and closeness of neighbours. The exact figure goes into the quotation after the survey.
How it works
Four steps from your message to a shared rate. It usually takes a week.
You send us the address on WhatsApp. We check whether there’s a route nearby already, or other enquiries.
same dayWe visit every office separately: areas measured, zones, frequency, anything specific to the site.
days 1–3Each office gets its own scope and its own quotation. The only thing shared is the route logistics.
up to 5 daysOnce there are enough participants, everyone gets the reduced rate and goes onto the schedule in the same week.
days 7–10Every office gets its own terms
The only thing neighbours share is the crew’s route. Everything else works as it would under an ordinary contract: your own survey, your own scope, your own invoice.
Maintenance cleaning packages
Not every office needs daily cleaning. We’ll match the frequency to your footfall, your busy areas and what the site has to do. Available to all clients.
The scope across all eight blocks — ceilings, walls, windows, furniture, floors, washrooms, kitchens, waste — is broken down area by area on a separate page.
